These terms apply to the Sleepify: Binaural Brainwaves app ("the app"), made by Tlupin ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them.

Using the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the app or its sounds.

Not medical advice

The app is for relaxation and general wellbeing. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Talk to a doctor before use if you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, a heart condition, a pacemaker, or are pregnant. Do not listen while driving or operating machinery. Keep the volume at a comfortable level. Stop breathing exercises if you feel dizzy or unwell.

Premium subscriptions

• Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription (yearly or monthly) through Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• If your plan includes a free trial, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before it ends. Plans without a trial are charged when you subscribe.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel. Cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. You keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy.
• Features included in Premium may change over time.

Free unlocks

Some locked content can be unlocked temporarily by watching an ad. These unlocks expire at the time shown in the app.

Content and availability

Some content is downloaded from our servers. We try to keep it available but do not guarantee the app or any content will be available at all times. We may update, change or remove features.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
